Moosic Lakes Club
The Moosic Lakes Club (MLC), established in 1942, is a non-profit organization that acquires, holds and maintains real estate, roads, and lake rights for the purpose of the private community. Membership in the MLC is required of all property owners, and members are encouraged to take an active role in the Club for the betterment of the Community. Under the leadership of an active Board, MLC
- Promotes civic and community interest
- Promotes recreation by maintaining a community center, main beach, and commons areas
- Fosters social activities or the enjoyment of its members
- Coordinates special projects for the preservation of the lakes and community
- Supports local fire and police protection for all MLC and members properties
- Formulates community rules and regulations and provides for the enforcement thereof
